馬亮（Ma Liang），中國(guó)人民大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院教授、國(guó)家發(fā)展與戰(zhàn)略研究院研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師。研究方向?yàn)閿?shù)字治理、政府創(chuàng)新與績(jī)效管理。出版多部著作或譯作，在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文100余篇。擔(dān)任International Journal of Public Administration聯(lián)合編輯、Chinese Public Administration Review副主編、《公共管理與政策評(píng)論》編輯。入選國(guó)家級(jí)青年人才計(jì)劃、北京市優(yōu)秀青年人才、北京市社會(huì)科學(xué)基金青年學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人等。

Ma Liang is a professor at the School of Public Administration and Policy, Renmin University of China, researcher at the National Academy of Development and Strategy,RUC and doctoral supervisor.His research focuses on digital governance, government innovation, and performance management. Published multiple works or translations, and published over 100 papers in academic journals both domestically and internationally.Served as co-editor of International Journal of Public Administration,deputy editor in chief of Chinese Public Administration Review and editor of Public Administration and Policy Review.Selected as the National Youth Talent Plan, The Beijing Excellent Young Talents,Young academic leader of the Social Science Foundation, etc.
